Warning! This post is me being whiney. I apologize.
Too often I make the promise, "Things will slow down after....."
Guess what? Things haven't slowed down yet!
Example:
Sunday - Interpreted service AM & PM
Monday - Taught ASL for Upward Bound at ATU, drove to Harrison, took Pa to Dr. and other errands, took Tiger to his cousin's, went to hospital to help Rita (feed her Mom & help her with funeral planning for her Dad), then back to Pa's, then drove home. (Yes, it was late.)
Tuesday - Paperwork, bills, laundry, etc...
Wednesday - Again, Upward Bound, then assignment in Conway, then another late arrival home.
Thursday - Trip to Harrison, help Pa, go to funeral, pick up Tiger, drive back to Russellville, teach ASL at RFA, and (again) late arrival home.
Friday - Go to workshop in Jonesboro, AR
Saturday - Still at workshop in Jonesboro, AR
Now, I know many of you are even busier than this list shows.
So, my questions are:
How do you handle to lack of sleep and guilt?
Guilt of:
dirty house, lack of time with family/friends, not being "Proverbs 31", etc...
