that's good! a great start! i mean, are you keeping a food journal? are you seriously counting calories? if not, then be proud of this number! cutting out the sodas and caff drinks just in itself will yield these results. this is you baby stepping. takes things slowly instead of trying to do all at once. great job! keep at it!
